Jaz + Ale | Couple Session at Maslin Beach, South Australia

When Lorna and I arrived in Adelaide to start our 7 day road trip, the first thing on the to-do list was to have a couple session at Maslin Beach. Jaz Anderson offered to help us out when we started researching for an Adelaide based photographer. Jaz is a good friend of mine - we first met many years ago in the hills of Kathmandu while volunteering in a remote village. A lot has changed since then… we have both pursued careers as a wedding photographer and Jaz’s business is making waves in South Australia.

Once we finished the road trip, I photographed my first Adelaide wedding, checked into my airport accommodation, and spent the last afternoon in South Australia with Jaz and Ale. I repaid Jaz by offering a couple session with her partner. I’m soooo glad I did… it was such a magical afternoon and their connection was fire! We ran on the beach, climbed mountains and danced the salsa during the sunset. You may also notice I challenged myself by focusing on their hands and the connection and emotion they create.
